In my earlier post I wrote about open innovation. Today, I would like to focus on leadership, change and culture.

No matter who we are or what we do, we are all leaders in some way. However, what kind of leader are you - A Transactional or transformational leader?

A transactional leader is content with his/her current situation and has a short-term vision and perceives little need for change.

A transformational leader on the other hand is a "tidal wave". He/she is very open to change and a change-maker!

iHub is an open place for the tech community where we encourage:

Atransformationalleader has all these traits, processes andcognitiveabilities. Such as leader is able to mobilizecommitmentandinstitutionalizechange in all that they do.
