Have you ever been part of a failed project? In hindsight doesn’t it always seem as if you should have seen the signs that the project would fail earlier? All projects have a “spanner in the works”, and when you finally discover it, how do you manage the changes to the timeline, the client expectations or perhaps even the changes in scope? iHub Consulting would like to invite you for our community meet-up on March 5th, 2014 at the iHub, 4th Floor Bishop Magua .

In our commitment to building strong teams that work we acknowledge that strong management is crucial for successful projects and teams that deliver. During this session, we will share from our experience in coordinating software development teams the lessons that we’ve learned and the pitfalls to avoid. We will also invite you to share ideas on the way you approach project management. Additionally we have also invited companies that have a proven track record of delivering solid world class work to join in the conversation, and share what has worked for them.

Whether you have just a few months’ experience or have been in the business for the last 20 years, we’d love to hear your ideas. Join us on March 5th 2014, 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the iHub
